Founded by Tim Munden, the former Chief Learning Officer and Head of Wellbeing at Unilever, Kairon has emerged from a profound sense of purpose – to nurture deeply human possibility. With over 30 years of experience driving systemic change in organisations, Tim is a respected and award-winning, learning, HR and well-being professional. Tim wants to use his knowledge and experience, to create organisations that enable the people within them to reach their full potential, and thus enable those organisations to perform highly – and tackle 21st-century problems like climate change and inequality. Tim is also a co-founder of the Inner Game Collective™️, a network of forward-thinking experts in leadership, organisational change, and human development, working together to support clients through their transformation. Through its membership of the Inner Game Collective®, Kairon’s clients can access a group of highly experienced global experts in team, leadership and organisational development, able to take on large scale programs.
