Wendy is a highly experienced leadership development specialist who has transformed her career from technology and digital transformation to follow her passion. Wendy’s most recent corporate role was the Global Leadership Development Director at Unilever. She specialises in ‘inner game’ development, particularly for general managers and senior leaders, and is deeply passionate about helping leaders find their purpose. She is also a CTI executive coach.
